Films

  • A Man Called Adam (1966) Sammy Davis Jr. stars as a jazz trumpeter on the skids; Frank Jr. plays his protege.

  • The Walking Major (1969) Strange little Japanese film in which Frank Jr. and co-star Dale Robertson portray American servicemen who embark on a surreal walk across the entire length of Japan.

  • Pepper And His Wacky Taxi (1971) Zany hijinks ensue when a stubborn Mexican immigrant (played by John Astin) starts up a bare-bones taxi service in San Diego. Frank Jr. plays a seedy thief; Frank Jr.'s longtime manager Tino Barzie can also be seen in one scene.
  • Do It In The Dirt (1978) Unreleased (and possibly unfinished) motorbike film which also starred Keenan Wynn.

  • Police Story: Confessions of a Lady Cop (1980) Karen Black starred in this thoughtful (but surprisingly grim!) made-for-TV movie. Frank Jr. features heavily in the first 5 minutes of the film, but then his character gets sent to jail and that's the last we see of him. Also known as "The Other Side of Fear".

  • Code Name Zebra (1984) Low-budget crime/action drama with Frank Jr. as a sleazy lawyer. [Note: Beware of the Platinum Disc Corporation's DVD edition of this movie! Though the box, label, and title claim that the film is "Code Name Zebra", in fact, the DVD contains the earlier film "Zebra Force", which does NOT feature Frank Sinatra Jr. in its cast.]

  • Cool World (1992) Part-animated, part-live action movie in which Jr. plays himself, on stage in a scene at a Las Vegas nightclub with Kim Basinger's flirtatious animated character.

  • And Call Me In The Morning (1999) Co-starring Sid Melton; unreleased as of yet

  • Hollywood Homicide (2003) Frank appears as an attorney in a memorable (but brief) scene with Harrison Ford.

  • Everything Or Nothing (2006) Upcoming movie with Frank Jr. in a role as a judge.

  •   Miscellaneous:

The Beach Girls And The Monster (1965) Frank Sinatra Jr. wrote the uncharacteristically raucous theme music but does not appear in the movie itself.

Love For Sale (1965) (3 mins.) Frank Jr. performs the title track to his debut album surrounded by a bevy of beauties in an outdoor/swimming pool setting in this typically colorful Scopitone film clip.

"Reserve Aircrew" (1972) (60 secs.) a Public Service Announcement for the US Air Force featuring Frank Sinatra Jr.

Frank Sinatra Jr. In Concert (1974) (20 mins.) Sinatra Jr. performs several songs live in a Las Vegas showroom, including one behind the piano! A remarkable time capsule of the '70s Sinatra Jr. show. Judging from the Continental Airlines logo at the beginning of this film, it's possible that this was intended as in-flight programming.
