Frank Sinatra Jr. With Family and Friends
"Frank Sinatra Jr. With Family And Friends" aired on CBS on October 13, 1969. The hour-long TV special was filmed on location mostly on and around the old Las Vegas Strip, and featured special guest appearances by Jack E. Leonard, Jack Benny, The Doodletown Pipers, Arte Johnson, Sammy Davis Jr., Nancy Sinatra, and Frank Sinatra. Among the songs Frank Jr. performed on this fantastic program were "I Know A Place," "The World Is Full of Beautiful Things" (on location in the Nevada desert near Hoover Dam), "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You," "Quiet Nights of Quiet Stars," and "All Or Nothing At All" (an impromptu duet with Frank Sinatra Sr. filmed live at a Vegas nightclub). Nancy Sinatra is seen performing a sultry version of "Light My Fire" on location at a neon graveyard at night. This TV special was presented by Monsanto as part of their "Great Entertainers of Our Times" series.
